Walk outside to the nearby “Swim” restaurant and swim-up bar with its friendly staff, or follow the beautifully landscaped path to the beach. Head out to the tennis/pickle ball courts conveniently located on-site, enjoy the putting green, or hit the state of the art fitness center just outside your condo. Whether you want to explore your tropical paradise or relax in the tastefully decorated condo, Bella Sirena Blue Bungalow will be your new home away from home.
Bella Sirena 402D has been updated with Granite countertops, kitchen backsplash, RO water system, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and traditional Coffee maker. Plus all new dishes and linens. Master bedroom door connects you with the huge over 400 Sq-Ft Patio 60-inch TV in the living room. Both bedrooms have king size beds, flat screen TV in one room, roomy closets, and convenient access to the balcony. Both bedrooms also have luxurious pillow-top mattresses, pillows and crisp bedding. In the living room you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa with a comfy, deluxe memory foam mattress. Living room is very inviting. The kitchen is large and fully equipped everything to cook and have a sit down dinner. Stocked with Stainless Steel appliances and has everything a Chef would need.
Other Items include: Stackable washer and dryer frameless shower glass doors, LED lighting, ceiling fans, kitchen table chandelier, 6 beach towels, bath towels, new coastal décor and artwork, Nest thermostats, all dual pane sliding glass doors, and keyless door entry system.
